About the vacancy:

As a Product Researcher, we need you to:

Defining research scope and objectives

Collaborating with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to set clear research goals that align with business objectives, ensuring research efforts are effective and actionable

Analyzing and synthesizing research data

Interpret large datasets, user feedback, and behavioral metrics to extract actionable insights that drive product development and improvement

Supporting continuous product improvement

Regularly propose enhancements to existing products based on ongoing research, user feedback, and competitor analysis.

Conducting various research and analytics activities

Assisting in planing and executing qualitative and quantitative research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Documenting and communicating research processes

Storing, documenting and presenting research findings in a clear, concise manner and provide actionable recommendations to product, design, and engineering teams to inform product direction and feature prioritization.Qualifications:

As a Product Researcher, we need you to have:

Experience in product research and understanding different methods and techniques

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English/Georgian)

A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude

Enthusiasm for creating products and great user experiences

A constant desire to grow and learn

High proficiency in English
