About the vacancy:
As a Customer Insights Manager, we need you to:

  • Dashboard & Reporting Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards for global leadership and functional teams.
  • Standardize reporting templates and KPIs across group and local brands.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in reporting.
  • Insights & Analytics
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and trends across markets.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer journeys.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into customer data for global and local stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Local Brands
  • Support local brand teams in interpreting dashboards and tailoring insights to market needs.
  • Share best practices and ensure alignment with group-level data strategy.
  • Act as a knowledge-sharing hub between markets.
  • Strategic Support
  • Partner with global strategy, product, and local brand leaders to influence business decisions.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • As a Customer Insights Manager, we need you to have:
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer insights, analytics or behavioral insight roles.
  • Experience working with big data, using tools for analysis and visualization.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate data into executive-friendly narratives.
  • Experience working in online businesses, ideally with brand and regional complexity.
  • Fluency in English; regional language skills a bonus.
