About the vacancy:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Place sports tickets (requires access to users’ personal data)
  • Handle withdrawals of winning sports tickets
  • Coordinate with the Sports Risk Unit regarding high-stake bets and segmented users
  • Always ensure balance accuracy
  • Adhere to Cash Desk policies and guidelines
  • Maintain Cash Desk service standards
  • Inform customers about sports products, betting options, promotions, and both Retail and Online sportsbook campaigns
  • In case of irrelevant transactions or errors, prepare the relevant documentation and take appropriate action
  • Communicate with relevant teams regarding product-related incidents
    • Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Basic knowledge of sports betting
  • knowledge of sports market would be a plus
  • Languages: English, Russian (elementary level)
  • Ability to work with different software (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of digital and computer hardware
