• Seating guests according to café standards and reservations
• Managing reservations from various platforms (online, phone, email) with accuracy
• Handling guest queues during busy hours and communicating wait times
• Providing menus and additional information to guests
• Responding to guest inquiries and redirecting them when necessary
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas and coordinating with housekeeping
• Supporting the service team in managing guest flow efficiently
• Ensuring a warm farewell and positive last impression for guests
• Assisting with coat room service when applicable
