About the vacancy:
As an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Engineer we need you to:
  • Manage, configure, and implement SailPoint (IdentityNow) solutions
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Workday, Jira, Okta, and other applications
  • Manage user access provisioning and identity lifecycle processes (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
  • Develop and customize IAM solutions based on business requirements
  • Onboard applications into IAM platforms using code
  • Design and implement API-based integrations (REST, SCIM)
  • Build and maintain workflows, forms, and access review processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the IAM environment
  • Participate in testing activities and release management
  • Monitor identity processes and support access review campaigns
  • Document technical configurations and processes
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Plan and track technical tasks within project timelines
    • As an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Engineer we need you to have:
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and identity lifecycle
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in SailPoint (IdentityNow)
  • Understanding of REST APIs, SCIM, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with API authentication methods:
  • OAuth / OpenID Connect
  • API Tokens
  • Form-based authentication
  • Good understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with at least one directory service (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Basic programming knowledge (Java or JavaScript)
  • Basic understanding of databases and multi-tier architecture
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IAM/IGA domain
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English proficiency (working level)
